Great to meet you!

The last few years have challenged all of us in ways we couldn’t have imagined. Many people have had to stay strong and keep going—only to realize later how much the stress, loss, and uncertainty have taken a toll. Through my 10 years of experience working in residential programs, outpatient clinics, and nursing homes during COVID-19, I saw firsthand how deeply these experiences impacted mental health. I created my telehealth private practice to offer a safe, accessible space for healing and support.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, and PTSD, and I’m especially passionate about working with members of the LGBTQ+ community. As a queer-affirming therapist, my goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, without having to explain or defend your identity. Everyone deserves care that feels affirming, empowering, and grounded in respect.

I offer therapy exclusively through telehealth, making it easier for you to connect from wherever you feel most comfortable. Sessions are available by phone or video, and for those who need more frequent support, multiple weekly meeting times are available when clinically appropriate.

Reaching out for help can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re healing from trauma, struggling with anxiety, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, therapy can help you move toward the life you want. Take that first step—reach out today, and let’s start the process together.

My approach to therapy

Each client requires an individualized and unique approach. While I operate from a variety of thereoretical models, I am strongly against a one-size fits all approach to mental health. Ask me and we can discuss theoretical approaches further.

What you can expect from me

If you're looking for high quality psychotherapy, you don't need to look any further. Most mental illness won't just "go away" but you can expect symptom reduction and improved quality of life. You won't know what improvements you can get out of your mental health unless you try.
