I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey with years of experience as a medical social worker which means I've supported people through some of life's most overwhelming moments, not just in a therapy office. I work with adults, teens, and children navigating anxiety, major life transitions, and the particular challenges that come with developmental disabilities. I bring a direct approach and I take my clients seriously.
I believe good therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a performance. My work is grounded in practical skill-building alongside deeper reflection. We'll figure out what's actually keeping you stuck and work on it together. I'm particularly focused on helping clients recognize their own strengths, especially when those strengths have been buried under burnout, stress, or environments that didn't value them. With younger clients, I draw on behavioral strategies in a way that feels natural and engaging rather than clinical. My goal is always to give you tools that work outside the session, not just inside it.
