After 50 years of practice, I have developed an eclectic style of practice, and I feel that I am able to engage and be helpful to most clients. I am informal. I practiced in schools w/ children ages 5-18. I have training in substance abuse and alcoholism treatment. I was a licensed DUI evaluator for 25 years. I've done hospice work and my primary practice is now w/ adults, though much of my career has been w/ children and adolescents

Client centered and solution focused. Together we will seek to identify your strengths and clarify your obstacles to success and life satisfaction. We will seek to create concrete strategies and a plan to enhance self esteem and a path to greater happiness and fulfillment.

What you can expect from our first session

My focus is in helping clients to develop strategies to assist w/ anxiety and stress management, life skills development, and confidence/self esteem building
