Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, and stress. My goal is to help clients build insight, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. I strive to create a safe and collaborative environment where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward the life they want to live.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and somatic-based approaches. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical tools for managing emotions and stress, and build on your existing strengths. I believe lasting change happens when clients feel both supported and empowered.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy. You'll have the opportunity to share your concerns, goals, and any relevant experiences at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we'll begin identifying priorities for treatment and develop a plan that fits your needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
