I've been in practice for 35 years and take a personal approach to psychiatry. I believe that healing happens in relationship—through trust, connection, and honest conversation. We will create a space where you can explore and find a way forward that is truly your own. I'm here to support you.

As therapist, I focus on the relationship we build—one that offers safety, honesty, and room to grow. Clients working through depression/anxiety, grief, or identity questions often tell me they are seen and understood. Our conversations may be affirming, gently challenging, or insight-driven, depending on what you need in the moment. Therapy with me is process that helps you connect more deeply with yourself as well as others and move forward with greater clarity and confident. Clients feel more spiritually plugged in during our work together.

Clients often leave our work together with a deeper understanding of themselves. Many find they’re better able to respond to the pain of grief, move through long-standing emotional struggles, and grow into a more authentic sense of the "Who I AM" part of being in the world.
