Great to meet you!

I started as a conflict mediator in high school, eventually leading the program alongside staff. That passion for helping others led me to major in Psychology with a minor in Child Development and Family Studies, and later pursue a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. Along the way, I’ve worked with underserved populations and mentored college students in leadership, reaffirming my love for working with people.

My approach to therapy

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for people to work through life’s most difficult moments. With warmth and curiosity, I help clients navigate challenging conversations while making sure our work is collaborative—you’ll always have space for open dialogue and feedback as we move forward together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will work through an assessment together. This helps me get to know you, and understand what our focus will be on. We will talk about the therapeutic relationship, and general practices for therapy with me.
