Great to meet you!

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Texas A&M University. I am licensed by the State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Supervisor (#14952).

My work is grounded in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a highly effective approach that focuses on the connection between thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. Using this framework, I help clients recognize and shift unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior, leading to meaningful changes in how they feel and experience life.

My approach to therapy

I believe this: your story is uniquely yours, and you have the power to shape it into something meaningful and beautiful.

Sometimes, as life unfolds, unexpected challenges leave us feeling broken or lost. We may find ourselves stuck in the past, weighed down by regret, which can lead to depression. Or we become consumed by what might happen in the future, which often fuels worry and anxiety.

The truth is, the only moment we truly have is right now. This present moment is where healing begins and where change becomes possible.

I want you to know there is hope. Together, we can work to help you rediscover your sense of meaning and purpose—and begin writing the next chapter of your life with strength and clarity.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can openly explore the relationships in your life. Together, we’ll focus on developing intentional, healthy boundaries that empower you to move beyond simply surviving. My hope is to help you step into thriving—living with purpose, balance, and confidence as you embrace your very BEST life.
