Great to meet you!

I work with adults experiencing anxiety and depression, including overthinking, low motivation, feeling overwhelmed, and a loss of interest in daily life.

Many of my clients come in feeling mentally exhausted, stuck in their thoughts, or unsure why things feel harder than they should. I work with adults of all ages, but I have a strong understanding of the challenges that often come up in early adulthood and major life transitions.

My goal is to help you better understand what’s going on and give you a clear, realistic path forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is straightforward, collaborative, and grounded in real life.

I take a more modern approach to mental health care, meaning I focus on clear explanations, practical strategies, and treatment plans that actually fit your day-to-day life. No overcomplicating things and no one-size-fits-all plans.

We’ll work together to understand patterns, triggers, and what’s keeping you stuck. Medication management is used when appropriate, but always as part of a bigger picture, not the only solution.

The focus is helping you feel better in a way that is effective, sustainable, and makes sense to you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on understanding you, not rushing into a diagnosis or treatment plan.

We’ll go through what’s been going on, what’s been most difficult lately, and any relevant history, but in a way that feels conversational, not like an interrogation.

I’ll ask targeted questions to get a clear picture, and you’ll have space to talk about what actually matters to you.

By the end of the session, we’ll go over initial impressions and next steps. You can expect a clear plan, a better understanding of what’s been contributing to how you’ve been feeling, and a sense of direction moving forward.
