Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience providing counseling and talk therapy. I earned my MSW from New York University and have worked in both community mental health and integrated primary care settings. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, insomnia, as well as issues related to chronic illness. I also have extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and those navigating immigration and bicultural issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in cultural awareness and effective therapeutic practices. I strive to create a safe and affirming space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. Together, we will explore the challenges bringing you to therapy and work toward meaningful progress that supports your well-being and personal goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I’ll take the time to get to know you and better understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, relevant background, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll also begin exploring your priorities and establishing a clear direction for our work moving forward.
