Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in central Pennsylvania with experience supporting individuals through life's transitions, challenges, and growth. By day I serve as Associate Director of a college counseling center, which means I bring a deep, firsthand understanding of the pressures that come with young adulthood — academic stress, identity, relationships, and figuring out what comes next. I'm originally from Vancouver, BC, and have worked in mental health settings across both Canada and the United States, giving me a broad and culturally curious perspective. I believe seeking support is one of the most courageous steps you can take, and I'm here to walk alongside you with warmth and zero judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you — I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model. I draw on evidence-based practices while staying flexible and responsive to what actually works for each individual. I'm especially attuned to the challenges that young adults and adults face: navigating relationships, career transitions, identity questions, and the weight of everyday stress. Above all, I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship, because I've found that lasting change only happens when you feel genuinely heard and safe enough to explore what's really going on.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other. I'll take the time to hear your story, understand what's brought you here, and learn what you're hoping to get out of therapy. There's no pressure to have it all figured out — we'll work together to identify your goals at a pace that feels right for you. You can expect a relaxed, honest conversation in a completely judgment-free space. My goal is for you to leave our first meeting feeling understood and with a clearer picture of what our work together might look like.
