Great to meet you!

I work with high-functioning adults—often executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals—who have survived domestic violence, emotional abuse, or chronic trauma, and are ready to move beyond survival mode into real stability and direction. If you’re successful on the outside but exhausted, hypervigilant, or disconnected on the inside, this is where the real work begins.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured, practical, and grounded in how trauma actually affects the brain: we focus on stabilizing the nervous system, resolving fragmented experiences, rebuilding relational patterns, and clarifying values so forward movement becomes possible. This isn’t open-ended therapy—it’s a focused, results-oriented process designed for people who are used to performing at a high level but feel internally dysregulated or stuck.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll slow things down and get a clear, structured understanding of what’s happening beneath the surface—how your nervous system is operating, where you’re getting stuck, and what’s driving it. You won’t be asked to relive everything; instead, we’ll focus on stabilization and identifying the specific patterns that need to change. By the end, you’ll have a concrete sense of the process ahead and the first steps toward gaining real control internally.
