Great to meet you!

My goal in therapy is simple: to help you explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment or shame, so you're finally free to grow. I bring over 15 years in mental health to that work, across residential treatment, addiction clinics, community service boards, hospitals, and private practice, before becoming a licensed therapist. Whatever you're carrying, anxiety, depression, identity questions, trauma, I want this to be a space where none of it needs defending.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic mix of various therapy styles that I blend to the needs of my clients in the moment. As a base, I use a Trauma Informed Attachment style. I like to add in practical homework from day 1 that gives people easy ways to see change quickly.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an interview. I'll ask about what's brought you here and what's already changed things for the better or worse, and you'll get a feel for how I work. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. My goal is to build a space where you feel comfortable sharing, and where you leave that first hour feeling a little more understood than when you walked in.
