Great to meet you!

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling, with over 15 years of professional experience working with therapeutic processes, and over 25 years working with family systems. I am a licensed minister of the gospel and will incorporate Biblical principles at your request. I am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and regularly attend conferences and continuing education workshops.

My approach to therapy

My purpose is simple, to join you in understanding where you are, help comprehend where you want to be, and explore a plan on how you will get there. I believe everyone needs a listening ear, and my desire is for you to do well!

What you can expect from me

Most clients find that my approach to the therapeutic process is first and foremost investigative, as we learn and understand. Second, it is challenging to the degree each client is comfortable, and lastly; the approach is reflective of the results from assignments and planned outcomes. This process is repeated with intentionality and care until the goals of the client have been met.
