Great to meet you!

It's very important for both my clients and me to be comfortable. My style is rather informal and conversational. I do not prescribe to a "doctor and patient" modality and instead I prefer to have a human being to human being experience.

My approach to therapy

I have been counseling a variety of clients from very diverse backgrounds, ages, gender and sexual identities, ethnicities, religious and spiritual experiences for over 20 years. I work from a body/mind/spirit approach to help clients with a multitude of challenges. Most of my clients need help with managing anxiety, depression, identity, communication and relationship issues. I believe in working as partners and tailor my approach specifically designed for each client's specific needs. Together will work in the spirit of mutual respect and dignity.

I am particularly effective at helping my clients manage their anxiety and depression, teaching them strategies to help in a variety of settings and how to be better communicators.

I love my work and enjoy helping my clients to grow as individuals. I like to do my best to help my clients feel comfortable in an informal style that involves humor, respect and connection.

What you can expect from me
