Let's ride the wave of life together! What's up! My name is David and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Los Angeles, CA. I am a therapist passionate about helping adults navigate life without the stigma around mental health. I am Latino, a first generation college student, and draw inspiration to help others through my own journey. I am here to remind you that it is okay to start something new, normal to lean into discomfort for growth, & that your future self will be extremely proud of you.

I am a therapist who comes to the space with a strengths based and solution focused approach, the motivation to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, & behaviors, and the empathy to meet you where you are at to better understand your perspective . Let's get a good conversation going! I believe that human connection is crucial when engaging in human work. I am big on creating a strong relationship and ensuring that you feel comfortable, welcomed, and empowered to begin addressing life challenges.

You will leave session with a sense of relief after being heard, understood, and valued. This is a judgment free zone where you will begin building skills to help manage your emotions and feel empowered to heal and break generational cycles. Sessions with me will support you in building confidence, self-worth, and practicing self-love.
