Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is David Elliott and I have worked in a variety of settings dealing with intergenerational and complex trauma. My experience spans from early intervention to community mental health clinics, providing counseling services to all individuals. I have found that across all settings and people, the most important aspect of therapy is developing a relationship in which the client feels safe, respected, and held accountable.

My approach to therapy

I offer psychotherapy with an integrative approach utilizing different theoretical frameworks to individualize sessions and goals.

What you can expect from me

Together we will explore what brought you to therapy and decide the most effective ways to help make progress. By learning new strategies and gaining a deeper understanding of the origins of these challenges, the goal is to leave sessions motivated, inspired, and with a deeper understanding of coping skills including mindfulness based techniques
