Great to meet you!

I work to help individual and couples find tools and resources to become unstuck, deepen connection, navigate differences, integrate difficult experiences, and to grow individually and in relationship. I support people with increasing capacity to cope with stress, anxiety, and depression, but also to make sense of these experience as outcomes of existing within the larger systems in which we function.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I draw from a diverse set of models and approaches that I find helpful in providing frameworks to identify and language our experiences and challenges. That said, I see my work, not as imposing a professional opinion, perception, or goal on you, but more so to help uncover and understand what is true for you, what you want and need, and how to step closer to that.

What you can expect from our first session

My work is trauma informed, trans/queer allied, acknowledging of systemic marginalization, and striving toward decolonization in the therapeutic space. I work with the people I see to gain a deeper and more integrated sense of self in order to move through world and relationship as a whole, intact person.
