I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and board-certified telemental health provider. My undergraduate degree is in music from the University of Miami. I earned a Masters degree in Liberal Arts from the University of North Carolina at Asheville, where I studied the confluence of Psychology, Philosophy and Religion. I received my Masters in Social Work from Florida State University, with a concentration in clinical social work.
I take a personalized, integrative and collaborative approach to psychotherapy, utilizing a wide array of techniques from depth psychology and individual psychology, to narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and others. I also believe in the power of expressive arts therapy and often incorporate music, art and poetry.
My goal is to create a caring and supportive space for you to feel. To feel safe, and seen, and heard. Fertile ground to fully be and become the person that you are.
