Great to meet you!

Finding our way is a process. As an LMHC I believe in a collaborative approach that is designed for your unique needs. Let's build that together.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a core foundation in humanistic therapies (nonjudgmental, empathic, genuine, process/context oriented) that energize my approach. I have worked as a clinical therapist since 2007, and focused most of my post graduate studies on trauma & related conditions. Finding your way can be challenging, but I am here to help. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based practices to collaboratively work with you to reclaim your narrative, let go of what no longer suits you & embrace transformation.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that a nonjudgmental, contextual, compassionate and empathetic environment is key for growth. Goals are individualized and contextual to each person and situation; may change over time. We explore together which therapy modalities to utilize. In addition to the modalities listed, I am also an Accelerated Resolution Therapy practitioner. I can also be reached via the secure email at [email protected].
