Great to meet you!

I have been working in the field of mental health for over a decade. Our relationship is extremely important. I want to be effective for you acting as a positive catalyst for change. I believe in a person-centered approach; one size does not fit most. Humans can be similar in many ways, yet vary significantly. Therapy should be customized to suit the individual in order to provide the optimal environment for sustained growth, empowering change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaboration. I believe a true therapeutic alliance must be free from judgement or bias.

The overarching goal is to assist clients to develop increased insight, an improved ability to self-assess, emotional regulation skills and to be able employ thoughtful actions towards their desired outcomes. Clients begin to reflexively engage in problem solving; resolving issues rather than remaining mired in them.

What you can expect from our first session

I utilize evidence-based treatment modalities clinically proven to be effective. I custom tailor them to match your individual needs. My approach is to assist you facilitating your personal growth and to help you achieve a greater sense of wellbeing.
