Great to meet you!

As a psychotherapist and multiple, board-certified clinician, with a background in neuroscience and neurorehabilitation, I believe that mental health is best achieved through a combination of healthy body and brain, and a well-structured life. Sometimes in life we can get off-track in either or both of those areas. As a parent, husband, and clinician, I recognize that asking for help can take a lot, especially when people are depending on you, so let's take that first step together!

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is to understand each person's unique needs and goals, as soon as possible. I am someone you can be honest with (and someone who you can count on to be honest with you). My process focuses on finding the simplest and most effective solution first, followed, if necessary, by other health-improving options. Improving your health will help you feel better, improving your life will help you live better!

What you can expect from me

I offer all clients a brief introductory session, where you can ask me any questions, share your story, and decide whether we will be a good team. If we both feel that we will be a good fit, over subsequent sessions we will work to figure out where you want to go and what you need to enjoy a simpler, healthier, happier life.
