Great to meet you!

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, behavioral disorders and stress management. I work with adults struggling with a wide array of issues, including issues pertaining to their career, relationships, family, grief, loss, work/life balance, and life transitions. I also work extensively with local university undergraduate and graduate students. I operate from an LGBTQIA+ affirming perspective to provide support for individuals of all identities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have 9+ years of experience working with a diverse clientele from across the diagnostic spectrum, including experience as a clinical supervisor at an outpatient mental health clinic. I have received additional post-graduate training in the application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Health in Aging, and Sex, Sexuality, and Gender.

What you can expect from our first session

My approach to therapy is to partner with you to create an individualized and goal-directed treatment plan that draws upon your strengths, and enables you to make lasting changes. While I primarily utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework, I integrate different treatment modalities and approaches depending on each individual's unique needs.
