Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is David and I am passionate about working with individuals to enable them to live their best lives. For the past several years, I have had the privilege of working with adolescent and adults males from various backgrounds and ages, especially in the Jewish community. I am currently an LCSW and also have an M.S. in I/O Psychology.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy has always been about empowering clients to create their own goals and follow them through. A combination of empathic discussions and solution-focused techniques is how I would describe a typical session. I have helped clients manage anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and life struggles through fostering a warm, caring environment.

What you can expect from our first session

At the end of each session, I am hoping clients feel a sense of being understood, cared about, and empowered to take the necessary steps to improve their lives and develop a deeper understanding of themselves!
