David Hunter

Hello and welcome, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and board approved supervisor for LPC. I studied at the University of North Texas, school for Counselor Education. I work with ages 13 and up. Frequent clients report difficulty dealing with life adjustments, anger, depression and other issues. I see Veterans through the VA as well as families of veterans in the TriCare plan. Also clients come to me seeking a partnership in addressing life's questions and difficulties. I believe in seeking happiness and success. I will partner with you in your journey seeking answers.

I take a person-cetered approach, dealing with each client as individual and unique. A cognitive behavioral therapist, I have been trained in solution-focused brief therapy and will work with you to find these solutions in with sound counsel and effective direction.

I will help you set reasonble and achieveable goals for your situation. I work from a collaborative perspective in viewing your problems and goals.
