Great to meet you!

I take a holistic approach to therapy that honors your inner strengths, potential, and capacity for growth. I work with individuals, couples, parents, and families who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life they want to live. My goal is to help you reconnect with your deeper aspirations and move toward greater clarity, healing, and possibility.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in an integrative, holistic, and strengths-based approach that considers the mind, body, and spirit. I see struggles like anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, conflict, life transitions, substance use, and identity concerns as part of the human condition, often shaped by past experiences, present circumstances, and other interacting factors. In our work together, we’ll explore those patterns with care and use them as a path toward wholeness and peace.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, thoughtful space to better understand what may be standing in the way of the life they want. Through our work together, my hope is that you’ll deepen your self-acceptance, feel more grounded in your strengths, and move closer to the growth and renewal you’re seeking.
