Great to meet you!

I am licensed as a Professional Counselor as well as Independent Substance Use Counselor with 18 years of service in the mental health field. I work with clients who are going through a variety of transitions in life. I hope to be able to help my clients discover talents and strengths within them to work on what needs to change and develop a foundation to maintain that change long term.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a counselor, I find it gratifying to help clients gain insight and create a plan of action for change. In a non-judgemental safe space, I will align with you to develop a plan of action to address what needs to change through implementing new coping tools and a better understanding of underlying issues.

What you can expect from our first session

It is my intention to show up for you with all the skills I have built since joining this field in 2005. I also have every intention of showing up as an authentic human being just as I expect you to. Whatever struggles you have it started somewhere for a reason. We can dig into where and why it began so that we can find our way to a solution.
