David Jinright

Clients describe me as extremely "down-to-earth" and genuine. I think therapy works the better when everyone engages as authentically as possible; and that includes the therapist. I work best with couples and adult individuals looking to better understand their own behavior.

Overall, I utilize an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach to therapy; but I am trained in several modalities and will often pivot my approach based on each client's needs (instead of a "one-size-fits-all" approach). I tend to use humor often and occasionally a little bit of profanity in order to help someone feel validated. Couples therapy is an area I specialize in.
