Great to meet you!

Hello,

I'm looking forward to working with you! I want to help you achieve your life goals and find better ways of living.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I specialize in working with people who find themselves in seasons of transition — career shifts, relationship changes, identity exploration, burnout, relocation, or redefining purpose.

So many people are navigating rapid change while carrying high expectations, uncertainty, and the pressure to “have it all figured out.”

My approach centers on helping clients reconnect with their own truth. When you make choices grounded in your authentic values — rather than external pressures, comparison, or fear — growth becomes more sustainable and meaningful. I believe real change happens when you understand not just what you’re doing, but why you’re doing it.

In our work together, I gently highlight patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so you can see yourself more clearly and compassionately. We explore the subtle cues you may not notice — shifts in tone, recurring themes, body language, hesitations — because these often hold important information about what you truly need. By bringing awareness to these patterns, you can align your goals with who you genuinely are and move toward healing and well-being with greater clarity and consistency.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process of self-discovery, alignment, and intentional change — especially for people who may be ambivalent and/or ready to move through transition with greater confidence and authenticity.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a supportive space where we begin exploring what brings you to therapy while identifying patterns in your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and somatic (body-based) experiences. Together, we’ll work to connect these pieces so you gain greater clarity and understanding of yourself and your current challenges. You’ll also begin learning practical tools — including effective communication skills and other life skills — that support meaningful change, emotional health, stronger relationships, and overall well-being, helping you move forward with greater confidence and alignment.
