I earned my undergraduate degree in nursing from NYU and earned my MSN in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Hunter College. I treat patients 18 and older who suffer with PTSD, major depression, eating disorders, bipolar, schizophrenia, and anxiety disorders. I treat patient in wide array of modalities—psychotherapy and medication management.
I work with adults who suffer with mental health, relationship, self-esteem, and career difficulties. I use a holistic approach that includes supportive psychotherapy, interpersonal therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, as well as psychopharmacology when appropriate.
My overall goal would include an compassionate and collaborative approach to assist you with finding relief and living a more fulfilling life. I would provide guidance so that you can feel comfortable and confident to make informed decisions about your treatment.
