Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional counselor, pastor, and educator, life has afforded me the opportunity to guide people, from all walks of life, with diverse backgrounds, and a range of presenting issues, such as anxiety and depression. The passion to be present with others, during difficult seasons, was birthed through my personal struggles and experiences. To help alleviate the pain of others, causes me to continuously seek the best methods and modalities to bring about emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

I am certified in Transformational Schema Therapy. This approach allows a person to safely explore deep emotional pains due to their inner child wounds. It is my goal to help heal those wounds and then replace the negative programming, that has been running their lives, with a more empowering programming.

What you can expect from me

My priority is collaborating with clients, recognizing they possess unrealized resources within themselves. From the first session until the last, my goal is to foster a trust-based relationship by allowing the client to freely express themselves and move at their pace. Many clients tell me they feel heard and valued.
