Great to meet you!

I am very interested in exploring the challenges that men face- -- what it means to be a successful, happy male in the 21st century. I like to explore hidden depression that oftentimes is the background source of discomfort, conflict, and distress in relationships.

My approach to therapy

I am curious and nonjudgmental, respectful of your thoughts, feelings, and identity. You will find me supportive and eager to find ways to make your life happy and satisfying.

What you can expect from me

In casual, informal discussions, we will establish an easy, comfortable relationship of trust -- and in so doing, we will identify what you want to get out of life and explore means and behaviors that will help you achieve satisfying and healthful outcomes.
