Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years in the field, and I am committed to helping my clients manage their mental health and achieve life goals. I have worked in multiple areas, including with serious mental illness, addiction, inpatient, outpatient settings, and with a diverse group of clients and problem areas.

My approach to therapy

I offer a comfortable environment to share your concerns, and I like to apply practical tools and skills to help you improve situations and obtain relief from mental health symptoms. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from me

My clients typically gain skills to help them manage life stressors and symptoms. We will practice them during the first session, and I like to have clients practice throughout the week.
