Great to meet you!

I’ve been a therapist for over 30 years, and I still find it incredibly rewarding to help people work through challenges and feel more hopeful about what’s ahead. Clients describe me as warm, kind, and thoughtful. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported and understood as we work together toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a balance of insight and action. We’ll take time to understand what’s been holding you back, while also focusing on practical steps that move you toward your goals. I believe growth comes from feeling safe enough to be honest, curious, and open—and I’ll be right there with you as we navigate that process together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you in. You can expect a calm, supportive space where we focus on what matters most to you. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, encouraged, and a bit more hopeful about where we can go from here.
