Great to meet you!

I have been working in mental health since 2010 and bring 14+ years of experience working with teens, families, and adults from all cultures and backgrounds, providing motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, addiction counseling, and strength-based care. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, men's issues, or other concerns, I’m here to provide compassionate support and practical tools to help you thrive and create lasting transformation in your life.

My approach to therapy

In every session, I will meet you where you're at in life so we can work collaboratively to help you become the best version of yourself. I offer safe, non-judgmental telehealth sessions where we can work together on making meaningful progress towards your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to understand what's bringing someone to therapy and how I can best support them in their goals. I want to understand your strengths as well as areas where additional support may be needed. It's also a great opportunity for us to get to know each other and make sure we're a good fit going forward.
