Great to meet you!

I work with adults, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, addiction, grief, life transitions, and stress. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about the next step. Together, we will identify patterns that keep you from living the life you want and develop practical strategies for lasting change. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented, helping you build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move forward with greater confidence, purpose, and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an integrative counseling approach tailored to the unique needs of each client. My clinical work draws from Adlerian Psychology, Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and evidence-based trauma treatment modalities. In 2021, I completed specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an innovative eye-movement-based therapy that has demonstrated significant effectiveness in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, intrusive thoughts, and other emotional challenges. I haves witnessed remarkable outcomes with ART and considers it a valuable tool in helping clients achieve relief and lasting healing.

What you can expect from me

Whether working with individuals seeking personal growth, couples striving to strengthen their relationships, or clients navigating addiction recovery and trauma, I am committed to creating a supportive, collaborative, and results-oriented therapeutic experience. My goal is to help clients identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, and build fulfilling lives aligned with their values and goals.
