I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), with more than a decade of experience in psychiatric care. I have over 10 years of psychiatric nursing experience working with patients across the lifespan, from children as young as age 7 through adulthood, treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and ADHD. I have developed a strong clinical focus in ADHD, depression, and severe mental illness.

My approach centers on understanding each patient’s unique history before determining a course of treatment. I prioritize learning where each individual has been and where they want to go, rather than rushing toward a diagnosis. I view medication management as a collaborative process, ensuring patients have an active voice in decisions about their care. I tailor my approach to meet each individual’s needs, avoiding a one-size-fits-all model.

In your first session, you can expect a comprehensive and collaborative evaluation focused on understanding your history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and respected. Together, we will begin identifying a path forward, which may include discussing potential diagnoses, treatment options, and next steps tailored to your needs.
