I like to hear peoples life story. I can meet you where you are in your journey, but don't skip the childhood stuff as it usually matters. I'm not a big fan of therapists who claim to be ecclectic, masters of all psychological theory and practice. I'm primarily a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist who seeks to help you change your thinking and/or your behavior, whichever works faster for you!
