Great to meet you!

Sometimes the hardest part of a life transition is figuring out who you are in the middle of it. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, family changes, and the major transitions that can reshape how you see yourself. As a bilingual and bicultural therapist, I also understand how culture, family, and identity can shape our experiences. Whether you're raising children, entering midlife, becoming an empty nester, or simply feeling ready for something to change, you don't have to navigate it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, holistic, and grounded in your individual story. We'll explore the experiences, relationships, culture, and patterns that have shaped you while moving at a pace that feels right for you. I draw from trauma-focused CBT, attachment-based, psychodynamic, and strength-based approaches to help you develop greater self-understanding, confidence, and practical tools for change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to ask questions, get comfortable, and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. There is no need to have everything figured out before we start. We'll work together to determine where to begin and how quickly to move, creating a space where you can feel understood, supported, and able to be honest about what you're experiencing.
