Great to meet you!
My work helps individuals, couples, and families build greater self-awareness, reduce distress, strengthen relationships, and move toward more intentional, satisfying lives.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with 31 years of administrative and clinical experience. I use a strength-based, client-centered approach grounded in evidence-informed methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, solution-focused therapy, neuroscience-informed practices, and mindfulness. When appropriate, I also draw on holistic mind-body awareness and values-based intention setting to support practical, measurable progress.
Therapy/coaching can help clients notice the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that shape how they respond to stress, relationships, and life transitions. As awareness increases, clients can make more intentional choices, challenge limiting beliefs, and practice new ways of thinking and behaving that support emotional well-being and healthier outcomes.
This process is collaborative: together, we identify what is not working, clarify what matters most, and build realistic strategies that help clients feel more grounded, capable, and aligned with the life they want to create.
