A bit about my approach to therapy

As a therapist an integrated approach that combines various aspects of therapeutic approaches. I then customize the approach based on the client’s needs and preferences.

It usually depends on whether the client is coming to therapy for a specific issue. If a client has borderline personality disorder, a singular approach might work better than an integrated approach. For general mental health issues or depression and anxiety, an integrated approach could be more effective such as CBT.

What you can expect from our first session

Client's can expect to have a different perspective pertaining to their situation and have more tools to be able to help decrease the symptoms that they are currently experiencing. Client's can also expect to have a sense of relief and hope for the future. Client's can also expect to feel like someone truly cares and desires to see their improvement over time.
