Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in helping clients struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, low self-esteem, identity issues, and dealing with stress and major life transitions. I also have extensive experience working with children and adolescents and their families. I bring an array of life experiences that facilitate understanding, empathy, insight, and multi-cultural awareness while also affirming the value of each individual's unique experience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and holistic. I believe there is an innate drive toward growth and wholeness in each individual. People come to therapy for various reasons: symptom relief, insight, personal development, and to discover purpose or meaning. Through a supportive and collaborative process, I have expertise working with various modalities including CBT, ACT, IFS, and depth psychology approaches to help you achieve your goals and realize your full potential.

What you can expect from me

Clients should always expect a caring, non-judgmental, and safe space to express themselves. In our first session, we will identify goals as well as work to uncover strengths and resources that you already have that can facilitate a sense of empowerment, appreciation, hopefulness, and growth.
