Great to meet you!

My name is David Pepper, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked with many different populations and have a diverse background which includes people who have experienced trauma, crisis, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, PTSD, relationship dynamics, and relationship problems.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a person-centered approach, which means you are in control and we move at a pace that you are comfortable with. In session, the time is yours and we will only explore topics and issues that you feel you are able to express. I think it is important to remember that we are all unique and I use different approaches based on the individuality of the person.

What you can expect from our first session

I was once told after a client's first session that thought it was the best first therapy session that they ever had. My clients typically tell me they feel better even after one session. In therapy we will build rapport and I want to hear your story as you tell it. I believe in a trust based relationship and going at your pace that you feel is comfortable
