David Phelps

Prior to founding Conquest Health, I worked as an Adult Gerontology Acute-Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) in the Medical, Cardiac, and Neurological Intensive Care Units at a large teaching hospital. I then earned an additional board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) where I learned both the acute stabilization and preventative care aspects of caring for people with complex mental illness.
