My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I believe that every person has strengths and resilience that can be built upon, even during life's most difficult challenges. My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while developing practical tools for lasting change.
I work with adults who are struggling with a variety of concerns, including trauma, PTSD, addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, mood disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, and LGBTQIA+ related issues. I also work with couples seeking to improve communication, rebuild trust, strengthen emotional intimacy, and navigate major life transitions.
My therapeutic style combines Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we identify unhealthy thought patterns, develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and create meaningful goals that align with your values.
As someone who has worked in mental health for over a decade, I understand that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. Whether you are working through childhood trauma, recovering from addiction, managing anxiety or depression, coping with relationship challenges, or seeking personal growth, I will meet you where you are and support you at a pace that feels safe and productive.
My goal is to help clients build self-awareness, strengthen resilience, improve relationships, and develop the confidence needed to move forward with hope and purpose. I believe lasting change occurs when clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to create the life they want to live.
This is your new beginning.
