Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with teens and young adults, helping clients navigate a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship conflicts, and ADHD. My approach is a good fit for those looking to explore their identities and heal from negative past experiences. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals, affirming their identities and experiences. Understanding the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community, I actively foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where all clients feel seen, heard, and valued.

I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy. I believe therapy works best when you feel heard, seen and understood and tailor my approach to meet my client's needs. My therapeutic style is collaborative, strengths-based and prioritizes building a strong therapeutic relationship.

Whether you’re dealing with a specific issue or simply want to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgmental space, I am here to support you. Appointments are available for both online and in-person. I offer sessions at a reduced rate, so that therapy is more accessible.

My approach to therapy

I integrate Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) into my practice, providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. With PCT we'll look at the underlying emotions and the root causes of your problems. Together, we'll empower you to gain insight, develop solutions, and create meaningful long-lasting change in your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what therapy looks like, review confidentiality and its limits, and talk about what you're hoping to gain from our work together.

My primary goal is to understand the context of your life, experiences, and concerns so I can provide feedback and support that is personalized to your unique needs and goals.
