Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Psychologist in Texas with 25 years of experience providing therapy services. I have worked with clients needing assistance with motivation, stress/anxiety, relationships, self esteem, career difficulties (including C-Level executives), and other challenges. I also have experience working with depression and ADHD in all ages.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is guided by my belief in three principles of therapy: Collaboration, Communication, and Acceptance. These principles provide the foundation for the treatment experience and help to establish a caring, safe, and supportive environment from which to experience personal growth. Therapy should not be a mysterious or misleading process, and I strive to ensure that each client is an active and valued participant throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to mental health, however, and I develop treatment plans that are tailored to the needs of each individual based on the presenting concerns, personal strengths, social supports, and phase of life to produce tangible social, behavioral, educational, and occupational gains.
