Great to meet you!

If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve spent a long time doing everything “right”—being supportive, dependable, kind, and putting other people’s needs first. And yet, despite all your effort, you still feel overwhelmed, unappreciated, anxious, or stuck. Maybe you're carrying guilt, hiding parts of yourself, or feeling like you’re one mistake away from losing everything.

I want to welcome you to a space where you don’t have to hold everything together or pretend you’re okay. Many of the men I work with describe feeling torn between who they think they’re supposed to be and who they actually are. They’re tired of people-pleasing, walking on eggshells, bottling up emotions, overthinking, or hiding their desires—from partners, from friends, and sometimes even from themselves.

You’re tired of getting stuck in the same cycles, saying you’ll do things differently, and somehow ending up right back where you started. This work is collaborative and honest, focused on helping you recognize the patterns that keep repeating so you can finally break out of what’s no longer serving you and move forward with clarity and intention.

You don’t have to keep carrying the pressure to be perfect, agreeable, or “the good guy.” You’re allowed to have needs. You’re allowed to set boundaries. You’re allowed to discover who you are beyond the expectations placed on you.

If you’re ready to stop running on autopilot and start living with more clarity, honesty, and self-respect, I’m here to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

If you’re unsure where to begin, that’s completely okay. Most of the men I work with come in feeling confused, guilty, overwhelmed, or frustrated with a pattern they can’t quite name. My approach to therapy is collaborative, direct, and grounded in helping you understand the beliefs and habits that have kept you stuck in “Nice Guy” mode—putting others first, avoiding conflict, suppressing needs, and striving for approval.

Therapy with me is a partnership. Together, we look at the patterns beneath the anxiety, shame, guilt, or relationship stress you’re experiencing. I offer straightforward feedback, practical tools, and a space where you can speak honestly without fear of judgment. We work on building boundaries, expressing needs, challenging perfectionism, and exploring the parts of yourself you may have learned to hide.

This isn’t about becoming selfish—it’s about becoming whole. You don’t have to keep performing, managing everything silently, or living by rules that were never yours. In our work, we focus on helping you show up in your life and relationships with more clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

You bring the willingness. I bring the guidance. And together, we break the patterns that are holding you back.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a space where you don’t have to perform, fix, impress, or hold everything together. Most men I work with are used to being the reliable one, the calm one, the agreeable one—and they’re often surprised by how relieving it feels to finally talk openly without filtering themselves.

You can expect to feel understood and challenged in a grounded, respectful way. We’ll start identifying patterns—people-pleasing, guilt, overthinking, conflict avoidance—that may be shaping your relationships and emotional world. You’ll leave the session with a clearer sense of why you feel the way you do and what our work together will look like.

It’s normal to feel vulnerable, uncertain, or even exposed in those early conversations. That’s part of the process. You don’t have to have everything figured out right away. Showing up honestly is the biggest step.

By the end of the session, clients often describe feeling both seen and empowered—like they’ve finally started addressing the things they’ve been carrying alone for years. And from there, we move forward at a pace that feels steady, honest, and sustainable.
