Hello! Welcome to my provider profile. I am a queer and latine marriage and family therapist. I received my education at UC San Diego and CSU Long Beach. I have professional training and experience in working with people who want to:

• explore how they show up in their relationships
• process childhood/adult trauma/overwhelming experiences
• need support in navigating life changes

My approach incorporates a nonjudgmental lens to help establish a safe environment for clients to explore feelings and develop a compassionate relationship with the different parts of themselves. I also incorporate a body-centered focus where I support clients feel into their feelings to develop a sense of trust and safety within themselves.

Clients can expect to leave with a sense of compassion and curiosity about themselves.
