Great to meet you!

Hi there! What do you hope to gain from therapy? It can be a tough question, and finding answers on your own can feel overwhelming and stressful. That's where I come in. Maybe you have tried therapy or maybe this is your first experience. I want to hear you and understand your story to help you discover solutions. If you need support breaking down emotional barriers or navigating life obstacles, I'm here for you. I specialize in helping clients with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma. I have devoted 8 years working with clients facing severe mental health conditions, which has provided a strong foundation to address a wide range of concerns. Seeing clients transform from feeling overwhelmed to gaining confidence is incredibly rewarding

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates positive psychology, CBT, and person-centered therapy to foster healing and growth through empathy and unconditional positive regard. I believe no challenge is too small or too grand to overcome. I'm committed to creating a safe, comforting environment where you feel prioritized and truly listened to.

Building a strong therapeutic connection is essential, so I focus on providing warmth and compassion. I build rapport by actively listening, validating your experiences, and showing genuine interest in your well-being. I also use open-ended questions to encourage deeper conversations and share relatable experiences to create a sense of trust and connection.

You already have the solutions within you; I'm here to help you shift your perspective and commit to change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is our chance to get to know each other and set a direction for therapy. I want to hear what life looks like from your perspective. Whether you have clear goals or aren't sure where to start, I'm here to help you find a path. The most important part is your willingness to give yourself a chance to feel better.
