Anxiety, OCD, and PTSD

Great to meet you!

I specialize in evidence-based treatments for patients suffering from anxiety, OCD, Depression, and trauma related disorders. These treatments are more effective and efficient than traditional therapy because they directly target symptoms. I provide specific exercises aimed at breaking behavioral patterns that maintain symptoms. Traditional psychotherapy emphasizes gaining insight which in itself often does not lead to symptom reduction. Changing what you do will you change how you feel.

A bit about my approach to therapy

At the end of each session you will have specific instructions for the next step to go forward with your life.

Decades of research have gone into developing evidence-based treatments for disorders such as anxiety, OCD, trauma related disorders and Depression. I modify these protocols to fit each patient. I'll be there, step by step, providing education, direction and encouragement to help you reduce your symptoms. You do not have to face these symptoms on your own.

What you can expect from our first session

Symptoms of anxiety, depression, OCD and trauma can lead to feeling helpless, being overwhelmed and feeling alone. I have over 40 years of experience helping individuals gain control over these types of symptoms. I can teach you what to do and coach you while you develop lasting skills that will empower you to experience more control over your life.
